Honest, fast service! You don't have to worry about getting ripped off or taken advantage of - trustworthy folks here. I've brought my iPhone 11 to them a couple times and this last time, they called in 45 min. I dropped it off and said, "Hey it was such a simple fix, we won't even charge you." What!?! Amazing!!!! Sunny was great! I didn't think you could replace an iPhone 11 battery in 10 minutes but they proved me wrong. It's really easy... You can walk in but most of the time people do walk in. Sunny told me that they had 37 phones here last weekend - so they do lots and lots of work. The waiting area is a somewhat humorous graveyard of all the phone screens that they have replaced. I'd definitely come here again if my iPhone had an issue.

I walked in with a non functioning Iphone 11 didn't feel that I had time to wait for him left it in his hands in 30 minutes he sent me a text with a picture of my phone functioning. A great relief knowing that it was repairable. I Was trying to get my phone fixed directly at AT&T shop and another tech for computers and phones, both of those places failed to get it working both of them recommended that I just leave the phone and buy a new one. He obviously specializes in this area and I'm very grateful for him stepping forward and starting up that shop.

I don’t remember the man’s name that helped me; but he was very pleasant and professional. I needed repair to the front camera & LCD screen of my iPhone XR. I dropped it off and he called to say it was fixed before I ordered my food at a place in the same shopping center. I did not expect service like that because it is rare anymore. I am very appreciative.

The best ultimate service. They got my iPhone X fixed for a reasonable price and took them only 10 min. I got my phone back and now I’m writing this review at my office. Got it done at 10:15am and now I’m back to my workplace doing what I need to do. We do everything from our phones so I couldn’t leave it for a long time. Other places where telling me it will take hours. I called this place and they answered the phone instantly and got me in and out instantly. They have a wide selection of cases and accessories. I got a case for only $5! Never had experience like this before. I will definitely be coming back.

I'm glad is New cellphone iphone Repair store is OPEN NOW in AUBURN... I would like to say this Man knows what he is doing!! Great attitude great prices!!! Very knowledgeable about fixing your phone letting you know I lose things about the phone explained it to you clearly so you understand you need your phone fixed this is the guy!!!!!
